The Haze is Getting Worst

Haze is is traditionally an atmospheric phenomenon where dust, smoke and other dry particles obscure the clarity of the sky.[1]

Last June 17, 2013 Singapore's city-state's Pollutant Standards Index soared to 152 at 9:00pm (1300 GMT) Monday, well past the officially designated "unhealthy" threshold of 100, according to the National Environment Agency (NEA) website. Southeast Asia's haze problem hit its worst level in 1997-1998, causing widespread health problems and costing the regional economy billions of dollars as a result of business and air transport disruptions.  The Beautiful Island in Matnog, Sorsogon

(Philippines)

Last November 15, 2012 we went to this beautiful island called "Matnog mini-Subic," located in Calintaan, Matnog, Sorsogon City Philippines. A very nice place to spend a summer get away with family and friends. From our home town Daraga, Albay we rode a van going to Sorsogon City then to Matnog Ferry Terminal. From the terminal we rented a "RoRo boat" for Php1500 with whole day island hopping. It was so much fun riding in the RoRo boat.
